1. Our services
Blackstone Data AI designs and develops domain-specific AI solutions, internal business tools, customer-facing platforms, workflow automation, and related technology services. The scope, fees, ownership, support, and delivery terms for client projects are governed by a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the separate agreement controls.
2. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use the website or services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use our website or services to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, interfere with systems, gain unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer protected components, or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive content. You may not misrepresent affiliation with Blackstone Data AI.
4. Intellectual property and product ownership
Unless a separate written agreement signed by Blackstone Data AI expressly states otherwise, all products and platforms developed, published, or operated by Blackstone Data AI—including FranAgent, PiSuite, PiSign, domain-specific frameworks, software, source code, AI models and workflows, system architecture, interfaces, designs, documentation, trademarks, and derivative works—are and remain the exclusive property of Blackstone Data AI or its licensors. Development, configuration, access, subscription, testing, feedback, or payment does not transfer ownership or grant any implied license.
Client-specific data and materials supplied by a client remain that client’s property. Any ownership or license rights in bespoke deliverables must be set out expressly in the applicable written project agreement. Except for the limited right to access authorized services for legitimate business purposes, no part of our intellectual property may be copied, modified, distributed, sublicensed, reverse engineered, or used to create a competing product without prior written permission.
5. Third-party services
Our website may reference or link to third-party products, platforms, integrations, or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.
6. Confidentiality and feedback
Do not send confidential information through public website channels unless we have agreed to receive it securely. If you voluntarily provide general feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation.
7. Disclaimers
The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us for the applicable website service during the preceding three months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Blackstone Data AI and its affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not governed by a separate client agreement will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. SMS Program / SMS Disclosure
Blackstone Data AI (DBA FranAgent) may send transactional SMS account notifications and customer-care messages related to inquiries and scheduled Outreach or AI calls, including approximately 30-minute pre-call reminders, to people who have given explicit SMS consent. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. 12. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access to the website when reasonably necessary to protect our systems, users, or legal rights.
